Patricia George

Patricia George is currently the Director at Care Dimensions. Prior to this, they were the Head of Learning and Development at HBO Latin America from April 2016 to April 2017. In this role, they were in charge of providing the strategic framework for learning and development, performance management, succession planning and employee engagement in a turn-around environment.

Under their leadership, Patricia developed an in-house solution that included a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, 1:1 sessions & e-learning. Patricia was also the leader of a project to create and maintain a new Intranet page focused on People’s Development, including webinars, white papers, articles, etc. In addition, Patricia was in charge to develop and implement a curriculum of training for entry to mid-level managers, called Leadership Essentials.

After successfully redesigning and implementing a new Performance Management process and introducing the concept of succession planning, Patricia partnered with country HR Business Partners to develop calibration and roll-up sessions. Patricia is currently working closely with the CEO and Executive Committee to re-write the company's new Vision and Mission statement to further create a competence model to drive these values.

Patricia George attended the University of Maryland where they earned an associates degree in computer science. Patricia then went on to Montgomery College to earn their degree in the same field. Lastly, they attended Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado to complete their education.
