Raquel Morel, MHA, is a seasoned professional in health services administration with extensive experience in managing and training healthcare staff. Currently serving as Health Services Administrator and Health Center Training Manager at Care For the Homeless since October 2013, Raquel provides training on insurance verification and patient registration while implementing electronic patient registration processes. Previous roles include Patient Experience Manager, focusing on clinic workflow and patient needs, and Outreach & Enrollment Specialist, where enrollment of uninsured homeless individuals into health insurance programs was a priority.
