Emma Melling is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Work Friends, an app dedicated to enhancing employee referrals and retention. Prior to this, Emma held the position of COO and Director of Operations at Care Friends, a social care employee referral app. With a background in teaching and veterinary sciences, Emma also has experience in client support roles at various organizations.
