Sandeep Suryawanshi has over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Associate Zonal Business Head at Care Insurance since July 2013, where Sandeep manages 22 teams, 5500+ agents, and various levels of leadership, focusing on sales strategy, team management, and performance optimization. Prior roles include significant positions at Birla Sun Life Insurance and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, where Sandeep led teams and contributed to high sales performance and leadership development. Early career experiences at ICICI Bank laid a strong foundation for success, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University and an MBA in Marketing from Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University.
