Tharaka De Alwis

Tharaka De Alwis has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2013. Tharaka was a Project Manager, Project Specialist, and Business Analyst for Creation Application. In 2016, they became the Chief Technology Officer for RecruitX (Pvt) Ltd. In 2017, they were the Chief Technology Officer for DesignBoo. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Assistant Vice President Technology for Nations Trust Bank PLC, and the Chief Technology Officer for FriMi. In 2021, they were the Director for Your Team in Asia and DesignBoo, as well as an Enterprise Solutions Consultant for decodemydata. Tharaka is currently Co-founder & CTO for Care Hires since 2022.
