Mettu Nikhila

Mettu Nikhila is a Senior Executive at CARE Hospitals and Quality CARE India Limited since April 2023, focusing on projects to improve compliance with OP EMR usage in the IT department and enhance doctor handover compliance in the QUALITY department. Previous experience includes a management internship at SPARSH Hospital in June 2022, where Mettu Nikhila conducted manpower and workload analysis for medical laboratory technicians, and a project internship at Motherhood in March 2022 aimed at developing a strategy for maximizing patient footfall in the IVF department. Mettu Nikhila also worked as a Dialysis Technician from January to August 2021 and as a Dialysis Support Technician from August 2018 to April 2020 at Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences. Mettu Nikhila holds a degree in Hospital and Health Care Management from IIHMR University and a BSc in Allied Health Sciences with a specialization in Renal/Dialysis Technology from Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences.
