Destiny Boeve

Destiny Boeve has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Destiny began their career in 2008 as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Lyon Manor, where they worked until 2013. In 2011, they joined Laurel's Peak as a NAR and continued until 2015. Destiny also gained experience as a Nursing Home Administrator Practicum Student at Ecumen Pathstone Living in 2013. Subsequently, they worked as a Program Coordinator at LEEP (Leisure Education for Exceptional People) from 2014 to 2015. Destiny joined Care Initiatives in 2015 and held various roles including Administrator in Training, Administrator, Area Administrator, and currently serves as the Regional Director of Operations.

Destiny Boeve earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health from Minnesota State University, Mankato, from 2010 to 2014. Destiny later completed a Master of Science degree in Aging Studies, specializing in Gerontology, from the same university between 2014 and 2015.
