Sue Ann Te Davis

Sue has 20 years of experience in driving operational improvement in hospitals. As Senior Vice President of Transformation, Sue is responsible for leading our unique team of Nurse Executives and Process Workflow Engineers to implement breakthrough approaches to care coordination and throughput efficiency by leveraging our innovative human logistics software. Since joining Care Logistics in 2008, Sue has played a part in driving dramatic results for all of our customers, whether as a core member of the implementation team or as a senior resource overseeing the engagement.

Prior to Care Logistics, Sue worked in several healthcare systems in Atlanta, leading operational transformation projects in areas ranging from productivity and financial benchmarking to revenue cycle management. In addition, she has served as a leadership development consultant, providing guidance and support to hospital leaders as they lead their own initiatives to improve operational efficiency and enhance financial performance.

Sue holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Science in Health Systems, both from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Sue has presented at several national conferences and is a contributing author to the book titled Management Engineering: A Guide to Best Practices for Industrial Engineering in Healthcare.
