Katie Young

Katie Young is an experienced product management professional currently serving as Vice President of Product Management at Care Lumen since July 2025. Prior to this role, Katie held the same title at Newfire Global Partners for a brief period and contributed as an Advisor and Head of Product at Case Compass. Katie's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Product Development and Vice President of Product at Talkiatry, as well as various roles at Activate Care, where responsibilities ranged from Vice President of Product to Clinical Associate. Beginning a career as a Research Specialist at Thomas Jefferson University and a Biomedical Coordinator at NDRI, Katie holds a Master of Public Health from Jefferson Health and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Loyola University Maryland, with ongoing education at The University of Auckland, New Zealand.
