Brittney Lomond

Brittney Lomond is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and revenue cycle management. Currently serving as the Director of Revenue Cycle Patient Access at Care New England, Brittney directs multiple teams in scheduling, referrals, and financial counseling, emphasizing performance and accountability. Previously, as a Practice Optimization Manager, Brittney led initiatives that improved patient access and revenue. At the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing, Brittney held several roles including Home and Community Based Services Work Lead and Compliance Specialist, overseeing teams and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Additionally, Brittney has experience in claims management and intelligence analysis from tenure at The Consortium and the US Army, respectively. Brittney holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Providence College.
