Jai-Me Potter-Rutledge currently serves as the Assistant Dean for the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Brown University School of Public Health, a position held since October 2018, focusing on initiatives aimed at enhancing diversity and support for historically underrepresented groups within the institution. Concurrently, Jai-Me holds roles as Director of the Health Equity Scholars Program and Program Manager for Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives. In addition, Jai-Me is a Diversity & Inclusion Ambassador at Care New England and a Teaching Associate at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. Previous experience includes managerial positions at Women & Infants Hospital, as well as roles at the American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from Salve Regina University, a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration/Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Physiological Psychology/Psychobiology, along with a high school diploma from Lincoln School.
