Jennifer Patnaude

Jennifer Patnaude currently serves as the Sr. Director of Human Resources at Care New England, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this role, Jennifer was the Chief Human Resources Officer at New Bedford Community Health Center from August 2016 to July 2024, where responsibilities included leading employee relations, talent acquisition, and benefits plan design for over 35 medical and behavioral health providers. Jennifer's experience also includes positions as Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager at Steward Health Care, along with various roles in human resources and recruitment at other organizations, dating back to 1992. Jennifer holds an MBA in Management from Bentley University and a BS in Human Resources Management from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
