Karla Ambrose

Karla Ambrose is a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist currently providing telehealth speech therapy services for pediatric populations at Care Options for Kids since June 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Clinical Fellow at Century Rehabilitation, where speech therapy was delivered in skilled nursing facilities. Karla has also held various roles during graduate studies, including Graduate Assistant at Abilene Christian University and Customer Service Representative at Barnes & Noble College. Clinical externships focused on diverse populations, such as an adult home health externship at Encompass Home Health & Hospice, and experience with children facing various challenges at Hendrick Center For Rehabilitation and Laredo Medical Center. Karla holds a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Abilene Christian University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
