Baylee Rogers, M.S., CCC-SLP, is a skilled Speech Language Pathologist with experience in pediatric and adult therapy. Since June 2021, Baylee has been employed at Encompass Health, while concurrently working at Care Options for Kids. Prior roles include a Graduate Clinician at ACU Center for Speech, Language, and Learning and West Texas Rehabilitation Center, where Baylee implemented various assessments and treatments targeting communication disorders in children. Education includes a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Abilene Christian University and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Marshall University. Previous experience also includes conducting swallowing evaluations and therapy in acute care settings during a graduate clinician position at Novant Health.

COFK began operating in Dallas in 1999 and was one of the earliest providers of pediatric home health therapy in Texas. COFK provides services for children who exhibit moderate to severe delays and disorders. Services include providingmedically necessary speech, physical or occupational therapy as prescribed by the child’s primary care physician.
