Laura Aldridge

Laura Aldridge has extensive experience in the data and analytics field. Laura is currently the Head of Enterprise Data and Reporting at the Care Quality Commission. Prior to this, they served as the Vice-chair of Statisticians for Society at the Royal Statistical Society. At The Pensions Regulator, Laura held various roles, including Principal Product Owner - Data and Analytics Platform, Senior Manager on Data Platform Transformation Programme, Data and Analytics Lead - Business Transformation Programme, and Business Intelligence and Analytics Manager. Before joining The Pensions Regulator, they worked as a Data Scientist at Aimia Inc, where they analyzed Nectar card data and implemented marketing strategies for Sainsbury's. Laura also gained experience as a Data Analyst and Business Intelligence Analyst at The Pensions Regulator and as a Data Analyst at Comms Factory. With a strong background in SQL, SAS, and Tableau, they have a proven track record in utilizing data and technology to inform decision-making and drive business insights.

Laura Aldridge received their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics with Economics from the University of Sussex, graduating with a 2:1. Prior to attending university, Laura attended Chatham Grammar School for Girls. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a fellowship with the Royal Statistical Society in 2021. Additionally, they hold a SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
