Leili Chong Pena

Leili Chong Pena has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Leili began their career in 2007 as an Accountant at Laboratorios Liorad, where they managed accounts, conducted bank reconciliations, and recorded accounting events. In 2012, they joined Medicuba S.A. as an Accounts Payable Principal Specialist, responsible for maintaining financial information, processing and maintaining accounts payable, and coordinating payment completion. Subsequently, Leili worked at Sunshine Gasoline as a Customer Service/Cashier/Assistant Manager, providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and reviewing incoming invoices.

In 2016, Leili joined Wells Fargo as a Bank Teller, where they provided account services to customers, processed transactions, and resolved customer concerns. Leili then moved to HSBC in 2019 as a Personal Banker 2, advising clients on financial services, assisting with account management, and resolving issues.

Most recently, Leili worked at Care Resource Community Health Centers, Inc. as both an Accounts Payable Specialist and a Lead Accounts Payable Specialist. In these roles, they were responsible for administering accounts payable processes, verifying financial data, reconciling vendor accounts, and serving as a subject matter expert for accounts payable inquiries.

Leili Chong Pena completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Havana from 2002 to 2007. In 2013 to 2014, they pursued a Diploma in Foreign Trade-Chain Supply from the Exterior Commerce Institute, focusing on Logistics. Additionally, they obtained an Advanced Business Administration degree in Business from the same institute from 2010 to 2011. In 2009 to 2010, Leili completed a Diploma in Internal Control from Gecyt, specializing in Economics.
