Thomas A. Smith, PhD has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Thomas A. began their career as a Senior Case Manager at Mercy Hospital in 1996 and later transitioned to become an Organizational Development Specialist. In 2006, they became an Independent Real Estate Investor before joining Community AIDS Resource, Inc. in 2009 as the Psychosocial Services Supervisor. Thomas A. also worked as a Psychotherapist and eventually became the Director of Behavioral Health Services at Community AIDS Resource. In addition to their roles in the healthcare sector, Thomas has also taught as an Adjunct Professor at Barry University and Nova Southeastern University.
