Kelsey Cooke

Kelsey Cooke is an experienced occupational therapist with a diverse background in rehabilitation management and home health services. Currently serving as Rehab Manager and Occupational Therapist at Care Resources PACE since January 2023, Kelsey also works as a PRN Occupational Therapist at Functional Pathways. Prior roles include Rehab Director and Occupational Therapist at Legacy Healthcare Services, Occupational Therapist for Interim Healthcare of West Michigan, and various positions with Select Rehabilitation and Thornapple Manor. Kelsey holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University Bloomington.
