Vivian Richards

Vivian Richards is an experienced social worker currently serving as the Director of Care Coordination at Care Solace since August 2021, and as a PRN Social Worker at UAB Medicine since April 2018. Vivian has developed training programs for social work interns and facilitated psychoeducational groups and assessments while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Previous experience includes roles at UAB Medicine as a Social Worker in the Neurology/Stroke Units, where Vivian managed a caseload of patients with complex needs and facilitated care transitions. Other positions held include Integrated Case Manager at Greenville Health System, Medical Social Worker at St. Vincent’s Health System, and Bilingual Patient Coordinator at Kid One Transport, among others. Vivian earned a Master’s degree in Social Work from Barry University and a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from Auburn University.
