Charlotte Mitchell

Charlotte Mitchell has extensive experience in community relations and customer service within the senior living industry. Currently serving as the Resident Activities & Lifestyle Lead and previously as the Customer Relations Manager at Care South since August 2019, Charlotte applies a strategic approach to enhance resident engagement. Prior to this, Charlotte held multiple roles at Sunrise Senior Living from January 2014 to August 2019, including Director of Community Relations, where responsibilities involved achieving occupancy targets and developing marketing strategies. Earlier experience includes a position as Community Relations Associate at Sunrise Senior Living, focusing on sales support and lead generation, and serving as Branch Manager at Goadsby from August 2005 to March 2013, where successful sales office operations were managed.
