Simon Bird

Simon Bird joined Care South in 2011 as Property and Marketing Director before being promoted to Deputy Chief Executive in 2017, followed by Chief Executive in November 2018.

Simon is a Chartered Surveyor and prior to joining Care South was a Director of a Healthcare Consultancy with Pinders for 15 years.

Simon has been instrumental in developing Care South’s portfolio of residential and nursing homes, assisted living developments and home care services across the South of England.
