Sara Gonçalves De Sousa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the beauty and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as Head of Buying at Care to Beauty since October 2018, Sara holds primary responsibility for cross-functional coordination and strategic development in commercial operations. Previously, Sara contributed as a Beauty Buyer, enhancing buying strategies and operational efficiency. Prior experience includes serving as Area Manager and Consultant at Glintt, focusing on client acquisition, retention, and profitability improvements for pharmacies through strategic solutions and the implementation of the Kaizen Methodology.
