Dr. Elliott Solomon MD FACS has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Elliott started their career as the Founder and Managing Partner at Westchester Otolarygology Associates, PC in 1965, where they served as the President/CEO and practicing Ear, Nose & Throat, Head and Neck Surgeon for over 25 years. During their tenure, they successfully expanded the practice from two physicians in one location to the largest single specialty practice in Westchester County, NY, with 11 physicians and 3 office locations.

In 1996, Dr. Solomon joined HearUSA as a Managed Care Consultant, a role they held for 18 years until 2014. In this position, they provided expertise and consultation on managed care matters.

Throughout their career, Dr. Solomon has been involved in various healthcare organizations. Elliott worked as a Managed Care Consultant at Florida Eyecare Corporation and South Florida Vision in 2005 and later joined Care To Care LLC in 2009, where they worked as a Managed Care Consultant developing contracts for their Radiology Benefit Management program.

Dr. Solomon has also held positions as a Medical Consultant at Wound Management Technologies, Inc. in 2014 and WellDyne, Inc. in 2015, where they provided medical consultation services. Additionally, they worked as a Managed Care Consultant at South Florida Vision in 2008, and as a Managed Care Specialist at Starkey Hearing Technologies starting in 2016.

Currently, Dr. Solomon serves as the President/Medical Director of Health Extras, LLC, where they lead a network of healthcare providers focused on delivering high-quality hearing, vision, and wound care services to members of managed care organizations, unions, and other groups. Elliott has held this role since 2015. Prior to this, they served as the President of Health Extras, LLC since its establishment in 1997. The company aims to improve the quality, access, and cost-effectiveness of medical services by building relationships between quality ancillary provider networks and health benefit programs.

Elliott Solomon MD FACS obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Medicine from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Subsequently, they pursued their medical education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine, earning a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree.
