Brian Hawkins

Brian Hawkins has a vast work experience in the real estate industry. Brian is currently the Managing Director at Care To Stay Home since December 2018. Previously, they worked as a Director at Steel Castle Capital from April 2013 to December 2018.

Prior to that, Brian worked as an Associate Partner at Berkadia Real Estate Advisors from January 1999 to April 2011. Brian focused on the sale and research of multifamily properties, advised clients in their purchase and sale transactions, and facilitated financing.

Before Berkadia, Brian held the position of Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis from January 1996 to January 1999. Brian specialized in property sales and leasing, represented commercial property owners, and excelled as the company's top investment salesperson in Southern California in 1998.

Brian also worked at H.F. Ahmanson & Company from January 1992 to January 1996 as a Vice President, where they established and managed the Commercial REO department.

In addition, Brian was a Vice President at CAMBIO INVESTMENTS, INC from January 1988 to January 1992. Brian was responsible for the acquisition and disposition of office and apartment portfolios.

Their career began at Marcus & Millichap, where they worked as a Senior Associate from May 1986 to January 1988. Brian focused on commercial real estate sales, specializing in multifamily and retail properties.
