Aishna Shah

Aishna Shah is a Design Thinking Consultant at the United Nations ESCAP since June 2023, contributing to agroecology and food system transitions. Currently serving as a Consultant at TrusTrace, Aishna has previously held roles such as a Communications and Sustainability Intern for Cocoa Life at Mondelēz International and a Race Equity Advocate for the University of Sussex Students' Union, where initiatives included an actionable Race Equity Plan and advocacy for transparency regarding the Sussex awarding gap. Aishna co-founded RefuSHE Switzerland, an NGO focused on supporting unaccompanied refugee girls. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Sustainable Business and Innovation from EADA Business School and a BA in International Development from the University of Sussex.
