Ayesha Khanna

Ayesha Khanna serves as the Managing Director of CARE Enterprises Inc, focusing on creating economic opportunities for individuals in poverty, particularly women, through investment in emerging markets. Ayesha co-founded FUSE Corps, aimed at helping local governments tackle urban issues such as inequity and economic development, and previously founded the Civic Accelerator, a program supporting early-stage impact ventures. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Ayesha has held positions including President of Civic Innovation at Points of Light, Chief Operating Officer at United Way of Metropolitan Atlanta, and Chief Executive Officer of YWCA of Greater Atlanta, significantly increasing revenue and transforming organizations. Ayesha's early career included strategic roles at Accenture, and educational credentials consist of a Master’s in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology and English from Franklin & Marshall College, along with a certificate in Nonprofit Management from Harvard Business School Executive Education.
