Beth Njuguna

Beth Njuguna is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in supporting diverse regions within CARE International, specifically in East and Central Africa, overseeing HR functions since June 2013. Prior to this role, Beth served as the Human Resources and Administration Manager at Oxford University Press EA Ltd, managing HR and administrative operations from January 2010 to June 2013. Beth began the career at World Vision as an HR Coordinator and HR Officer between March 2007 and December 2009. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Kenya Institute of Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Arts from the University of Nairobi.
