Burhan Ibrahim is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in diverse roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Business Partner for Asia at CARE since September 2018, Burhan has also held positions such as Acting Regional HR Business Partner and Head of Operations and Organizational Development. Prior to CARE, Burhan worked at Chemonics International as a Senior Manager in Human Resources and Organizational Development, and as a Human Resources Manager at Karandaaz Pakistan. Additional experience includes roles at USAID, Chemonics International, Ovex Technologies, and the Interactive Resource Center. Burhan holds a BBA (Hons.) in Marketing & Media Studies from the Lahore School of Economics and has further certifications in Intrapreneurship from Cornell University and as a Certified Human Resource Practitioner from Concord Certification Corporation.
