Eileen M. is a seasoned professional in humanitarian advocacy with extensive experience in high-level representative roles within prominent organizations. Currently serving as a UN Representative and Humanitarian Advocacy Advisor at CARE since January 2023, Eileen previously worked as a Humanitarian Policy Specialist at UNICEF, where expert guidance was provided on humanitarian policies and analysis of conflict settings.
