Natacha Brice is a mission-driven leader with over 20 years of global experience in designing and implementing programs for displaced populations and vulnerable communities across Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Currently serving as a Global Senior Technical Advisor for CARE, Natacha develops inclusive financial solutions and promotes youth resilience through innovative models. Previously, Natacha held key roles at organizations such as Mercy Corps, USAID, and the American Red Cross, demonstrating expertise in cash transfer programming, local capacity development, and emergency response. Natacha holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from the University of South Florida and an Executive Master in Sustainable Leadership from Arizona State University.
