Will Nestor

Will Nestor has a diverse work experience spanning the legal, healthcare, and business sectors. Will currently holds the position of Chief of Administration & Operations at CareAbout and Operating Partner at Ascend Partners, both of which they started in 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Prospect Medical Holdings, Inc. from 2018 to 2021, holding various roles including Corporate Counsel, Chief Performance Officer, and Vice President of Hospital Integration & Operations Performance Improvement. Before that, they held the position of Senior Director of Operations at Mount Sinai Health System from 2017 to 2018 and Director of Operations, Ancillary and Support Services at Mount Sinai Hospital from 2016 to 2017. Will also worked as a Supply Chain Leader at Mount Sinai Health System from 2014 to 2016. Will Nestor began their career as an Associate Attorney at Genova Burns from 2010 to 2014 and also worked as a Judicial Law Clerk at the State of New Jersey from 2009 to 2010. Will started their career at WebMD Health Services in 2004, working as a Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager.

Will Nestor holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Rutgers Business School, with a focus on Operations, Finance, and Health Care. Will also has a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, specializing in Health Care, Commercial Transactions, and International Law. Additionally, they are a Health Care Compliance Professional (H.C.C.P) from Seton Hall University School of Law. Will Nestor's education also includes studies in International Law at The American University in Cairo.
