David Rosales

David Rosales is Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer for the Visiting Nurse Service of New York (VNSNY), the nation’s largest not-for-profit home and community-based healthcare organization. Appointed to his position in June 2018, Mr. Rosales oversees VNSNY’s Strategic Program Development, Performance and Innovation, Government Programs Management, and Government Grants functions.
