Tara Burgess Edelman

Tara Burgess Edelman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in board membership and advisory roles. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at CareAcademy since July 2015 and a Board Member at ThinkGive, Inc. since March 2015, Tara is committed to inspiring youth towards the importance of giving. Additionally, Tara is a Fellow at Pipeline Fellowship and has held various volunteer and consulting positions, including roles at Cheshire Community Foundation, Teens and Toddlers, and Changing Lives in Cheshire. Tara has a background in marketing as demonstrated by past positions such as Trustee at Kelsall Preschool and Club and Fundraising Chair at Kelsall Parish Council. Moreover, Tara contributed to NESTA as a contractor on a project focused on enhancing portfolio management capabilities for venture capitalists. Educational credentials include an MBA from London Business School and a BA in English Language and Literature from the College of the Holy Cross.
