Charles Fletcher

Charles Fletcher has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Charles currently holds the position of Vice President of Construction, Real Estate, and Support Services at Roper St. Francis Healthcare since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Virginia Hospital Center from August 2021 to January 2022. In their role at Virginia Hospital Center, they were responsible for overseeing operational teams and developing facility master plans for growth.
