Leon Platt

Leon Platt has extensive experience in engineering management, currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Roper St. Francis since April 2017, while also holding a parallel position as Engineering Manager in the US Navy since January 2014. Responsibilities include overseeing a training and supervision department of over 50 engineers, focusing on nuclear plant operations, maintenance planning, and productivity enhancements for a $3B OHIO class submarine. Previously, Leon Platt held multiple roles within the US Navy, including Staff Training Manager, Lead Shift Engineer, and Division Manager, managing extensive personnel and technical operations related to training, maintenance, and communication systems. Leon Platt obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Technology from Old Dominion University between 2003 and 2005.
