Bassel Dakhlallah, MBA, currently serves as a Business Analytics Senior Manager at CareAllies since February 2021, leading teams and defining data analytics roadmaps for CareAllies and Cigna Government businesses. In addition, Bassel has been a DA/DS Instructor at Simplilearn since December 2022, conducting live training in Data Analytics and Data Science. Prior experience includes roles as an Agile Business Analytics Advisor at Evernorth, where advanced analytics were applied to improve healthcare data outcomes, and as a Cost Containment Analytics Manager at Cigna, where a scalable ETL system was developed to enhance analytics capabilities. Earlier in the career, Bassel worked as a Vendor Relations and Operations Manager for NEC & STC Group, focusing on vendor relationships and operational efficiency. Bassel holds an MBA with a concentration in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
