Jessica Davidson

Jessica Davidson has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Jessica started their career as a Teaching Assistant/Laboratory Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2008 and worked there until 2010. Jessica then joined MEDITECH as an LIS Applications Specialist, where they provided implementation and build expertise in Meditech 6.0 LAB, BBK, MIC, and PTH Modules. After that, they worked at nIThealth as an IT Consultant, serving as the Lead Analyst for the hospital's Laboratory and handling implementation and dictionary build across LIS Modules. Jessica also worked as a Meditech Trainer, developing and administering training needs assessments for nursing personnel and hospital staff.

In 2013, Jessica joined Leidos Health as an Applications Analyst at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital, where they provided support for various applications. Jessica then worked at CVS Health as a CVS MinuteClinic HIM, responsible for managing and supporting the rollout of registration systems for MinuteClinic, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating application integration with the digital team.

Jessica's next role was as a Business Analyst at Harris Affinity in 2018, where they contributed to business analysis activities. Currently, they are working at CareAllies as the Population Health Solutions Clinical Data Integration Lead, utilizing their skills in clinical data integration.
