Justin Ogleby has a comprehensive and diverse work experience. Justin is currently serving as the Founder and Marketing Director at Lot+Ilk, a design and marketing studio that specializes in helping clients establish a clear brand focus. In this role, they manage client relationships, marketing strategies, and brand positioning.
Prior to this, Justin worked as a Marketing Director at CareArc, where they provided marketing and creative direction and led the company through a rebranding process. Justin also worked as a Brand Strategist and Identity Designer at Justin Ogleby Creative, where they helped businesses and communities discover their brand through effective positioning, strategy, and design.
Before venturing into the design and marketing industry, Justin co-owned and founded Twin Rivers Winery, where they were the sole-winemaker and led marketing and design efforts. Justin also served as a Brand Strategist and Lead Designer at IM Design Group, LLC, where they developed brand strategies, designed marketing materials, and managed PPC campaigns.
Earlier in their career, Justin gained experience in the media industry, working as a Production Manager at Emporia Gazette and as a Creative Artist at Lawrence Journal-World. Justin also held roles as a Production Employee at The Emporia Gazette and The Olathe Daily News.
Throughout their career, Justin has demonstrated expertise in brand strategy, marketing, design, and leadership.
Justin Ogleby holds a Bachelor's of Fine Arts degree with an emphasis in Graphic Design from Emporia State University. Justin also has an Associates Degree in Commercial Art from Flint Hills Technical College.
