Tatiana Spears

Tatiana Spears has extensive experience in marketing and communications. Tatiana worked at Care ATC from 2011 to the present, starting as a Business Development Coordinator and later becoming the Vice President of Marketing & Communications. In these roles, they oversaw marketing operations and ensured the efficient dissemination of information across various platforms. Tatiana also worked as a Digital Marketing Manager at Vast Bank from 2019 to 2021, where they planned and implemented digital marketing campaigns. Tatiana founded Content Confident by Tatiana Spears in 2022, which offers resources for individuals and organizations seeking to improve their content marketing. Additionally, Tatiana served as the Director of Marketing at Sway Medical in 2013. Their passion for healthcare administration began with volunteer work at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in 2004, inspiring their to explore the dynamic aspects of healthcare.

Tatiana Spears has obtained an M.B.A with a concentration in Marketing from Oral Roberts University. Tatiana also holds a B.A. in International/Community Development from the same university. In addition to their degrees, Tatiana has obtained a certification in Inbound from HubSpot in December 2016.
