Demyan Hyworon has worked as the Director of Compliance & Privacy in Information at Carebook Technologies Inc. since April 2021. Prior to this, they were the VP of IT & Product Support at InfoTech Inc., beginning in 1998.

Demyan Hyworon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from the University of Manitoba. In 2018, they obtained the Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT) certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
