Brian Weiss has held a variety of roles in the software engineering and healthcare industries since 1983. Brian began their career as a Software Engineer for FEMA in 1983, followed by a role as a Software Engineer/Project Manager for Microsoft in 1991. In 1993, they founded Bidi Systems, Ltd., where they worked as a Software Consultant. In 1994, they became the Director of Development for Route Link, Ltd. In 1996, they joined Verint, where they held the roles of SVP Products, VP Products and Strategy, and Director of Product Management/Product Marketing. In 2010, they became the Executive Vice President, Products at dbMotion, where they were responsible for the Connected Healthcare solution portfolio. In 2013, they founded CDA PRO and also worked as a Business Strategy Consultant for Verint. Since 2014, they have been the Founder & CEO of Carebox Healthcare Solutions, Inc.
Brian Weiss obtained a BS summa cum laude in Computer Science from the University of Maryland in 1987. Brian then attended Rice University for a Computer Science PhD Program in 1987-1988. Finally, they obtained a MS in Computer Science from Columbia University in 1988-1990.
