Jecarma Allen

Jecarma Allen has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Jecarma started their career as an HR Representative at Kerry Ingredients in 2006 and worked there until 2011. After that, they joined the University of Kansas Medical Center where they held roles such as Human Resource Business Partner- Project Manager and Manager of HR Strategic Initiatives. In 2016, Jecarma joined CareCentrix and gradually progressed to higher positions, including HR Business Partner, Director of HR Business Partner, AVP- Human Resources, and currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources.

Jecarma Allen earned a Bachelor's degree in Teaching and Leadership from The University of Kansas.
