Jim Kelly

Director at CareCentrix

Jim Kelly is the current director at CareCentrix. Prior to that, they worked as the chief marketing and innovation officer at Prestige Brands, Inc. from 2006 to 2010. While at Prestige Brands, they completed the strategic re-positioning of Clear Eyes, Chloraseptic and Little Remedies, resulting in growth for all three franchises. Jim also led the launch of Chloraseptic Allergen Block and Little Allergies, a novel preventative allergy treatment that delivered $10M in sales in its first year.

In addition to their work at Prestige Brands, Jim has also established a formal new product development effort, including an external open innovation network of inventors, to identify new product innovation platforms. This has led to the development of a pipeline of externally generated new product innovation that will be the platform for organic company growth. Jim has also re-directed the media planning and buying model to expand the use of external resources and to drive media innovation and improve effectiveness and efficiency.

Jim Kelly has a certificate in social media marketing from Rutgers University–New Brunswick, a certificate in leadership from the Center for Creative Leadership, a certificate in leading product development from Harvard Business School, and a certificate in managing in the global enterprise from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Jim also has an MBA in general management/marketing/finance from Rutgers Business School and a BA in business administration, economics, and communications from Rutgers University–New Brunswick. Jim's high school diploma is in general studies from John P. Stevens High School.
