Toby McGrath

Toby McGrath has extensive work experience in various leadership positions. Toby started as the Manager of Financial Analysis & Reporting at American Skandia Life Assurance Corporation in 2000. Toby then moved on to Prudential Financial, where they held roles as Director of Marketing Management and Director of Relationship Management, focusing on client experience and business development. At Travelers, they were the Director of Production, Planning, and Development, responsible for generating management reports to drive sales and production goals. Toby then joined Lincoln Financial Group as the AVP of Distribution Gateway. Most recently, McGrath worked as the Director of Development at Flanders Nature Center & Land Trust and is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at CareCentrix.

Toby McGrath obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Psychology from Washington & Jefferson College, where they attended from 1989 to 1993. Toby later pursued a Master's in Business Administration, specializing in International Business and Marketing, at Fairfield University from 1999 to 2001.
