Toby McGrath has held various leadership roles in operations, development, relationship management, and marketing throughout their career in companies such as CareCentrix, Flanders Nature Center & Land Trust, Lincoln Financial Group, Prudential Financial, Travelers, and American Skandia Life Assurance Corporation. Toby has a strong background in budget management, strategic planning, and team development. McGrath holds an MBA in International Business/Marketing from Fairfield University and a B.S. in Accounting and Psychology from Washington & Jefferson College.
