Stephanie Dore-Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Stephanie currently holds the role of Chief Marketing & Sales Officer at CareChoice, a disability support organization. Prior to this, they were the Head of Marketing at CareChoice, where they specialized in 24-hour disability programs. Stephanie has also worked as a Senior Marketing Manager at Crown Resorts, a Marketing Manager at Mattel Australia & NZ, and a Marketing Lead at Simplot Australia Pty Ltd. Stephanie has also held various brand management positions at Treasury Wine Estates, Fosters Group, L'Oréal, and SCA - Hygiene and Forest Products Company. Stephanie began their career as a Corporate Communications & Community Relations Manager at Melbourne Water. Throughout their career, Stephanie has gained extensive experience in marketing, brand management, and corporate communications.
Stephanie Dore-Smith obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from RMIT University from 1996 to 1998. Stephanie later pursued a Masters of Marketing degree in Marketing/Business at Monash University from 1999 to 2001. Additionally, Stephanie has completed several certifications, including "Digital Marketing Strategy" from RMIT University in 2020, and "Communicating Across Cultures," "Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues," and "Developing Cross-Cultural Intelligence" from LinkedIn in 2022. Stephanie also completed Sentinel Training in September 2016.
