Tom Haithcoat

Tom Haithcoat is a dedicated post-acute care physician practice leader with a strong background in strategic business development and a focus on value-based payment models. They currently serve as the Chief Executive Officer of Black Hills Post Acute Care and have held various leadership roles, including President of Physician Services at Careline Health Group and Vice President of Business Development at Advanced Healthcare Associates. Tom is also a co-founder and partner at Geriatric Medical Specialists, LLC, and holds a Board Member position with the Michigan Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medical Association. They earned a BS in Recreational Therapy from Indiana University Bloomington.
