Director Of Client Services at Carecor Health Services

Angela Grech has several years of work experience in various roles. Angela started their career in 2008 as an Administrative Supervisor at Saint Elizabeth Health Care, where they were responsible for the Clinical Record Department and played a role in implementing emergency preparedness policies.

Later, Angela joined LifeWorks (formerly Morneau Shepell) in 2012 and held multiple positions during their time there. As a Recruitment/Administrative Supervisor, they improved cross-departmental processes and ensured hiring and counselor inquiries were handled efficiently. Angela then became an Administrative Manager and implemented operational metrics to evaluate efficiency. Finally, they served as an Operations Manager, where they focused on process improvement and providing excellent service to corporate clients.

Currently, Angela is the Director of Client Services at Carecor Health Services Ltd., starting in 2023.

Angela Grech has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Trent University. Angela also attended the Toronto School of Business, where they studied Accounting, Business Administration, and Management. In addition to their formal education, Angela has obtained certifications in various fields, including Scrum: The Basics from LinkedIn and Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM. Angela'sadditional certifications also include Change Management Foundations from LinkedIn and Exploring Indigenous Canada from the University of Alberta.
