Mr Soh is formerly the General Manager for Projects with Ho Bee Land for more than a decade; he assisted the Executive Director in implementation of the group’s various development projects.
Mr Soh graduated with a Bachelor of Law from University of London and holds a Master in Counselling & Psychotherapy from Edith Cowan University.

Care Corner Singapore is a non-profit organization established in 1981, with an IPC status and 37 service points island-wide. They continuously respond to the changing needs of individuals and families - evolving and growing as a social service agency to offer a wide range of programmes and services delivered through their 33 centers located island-wide and their network of partners and volunteers.
