Tara Ault

Tara Ault is an accomplished technology leader currently serving as Chief Architect and Principal Engineer at Carecraft since October 2024. Previously, Tara held several key engineering roles at HireVue between September 2014 and October 2024, culminating in the position of Senior Vice President of Engineering, where responsibilities included guiding cross-functional collaboration, enhancing product delivery scores by 26%, and presenting engineering insights to executive leadership.
