Brian Brister, MBA has over 20 years of work experience in various industries. Brian began their career as a Homeowner Claims Adjuster at Wawanesa Insurance from 1998 to 2000. Brian then worked as a Field Consultant at 7-Eleven Inc from 2000 to 2004. Following this, they joined GE Capital where they held roles such as Field Sales and Regional Credit Sales Manager from 2004 to 2015. Brian then transitioned to Synchrony Financial, formerly known as GE Capital Retail Finance, where they worked in the Consumer Finance Industry starting from 2004. At Synchrony Financial, they held the positions of Practice Development Manager from 2013 to 2015 and AVP, Regional Sales Director from 2015 to 2021. Currently, Brian is the VP Strategic Client Leader Sight & Sound at CareCredit, where they have been since 2021. In this role, they focus on driving usage within specific industries, prospecting new strategic relationships, and strengthening partnerships with associations and corporate accounts to drive utilization and purchase volume.

Brian Brister, MBA has a strong educational background. Brian completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from San Diego State University, from 1997 to 1999. Following this, they pursued further education and received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Redlands between 2001 and 2003. Prior to this, Brian attended St. Augustine HS from 1991 to 1994. Brian also obtained a Green Belt Certification in Six Sigma in 2004.
